Description :
  • Utilize data-driven insights to propose, plan, and execute consulting engagements across various sectors, including private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous organizations.
  • Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-deigns, financial analysis and other forms of management consulting.
  • Perform quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistical analysis to support decision-making processes to optimize operations and financial performance.
  • Create and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders 
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys to gather insights.
  • Develop and manage complex financial models with multiple sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Interpret variables and raw data, translating them into comprehensive and digestible insights.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
  • Design and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence 
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary 
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or other related field
  • CMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset 
  • 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment is considered an asset
  • Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset
  • Experience in project management is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
